SMOOTHIE BLEND QUESTIONS

How do I use Smoothie Blends?

To enjoy your Smoothie Blend, all you need is a shaker or sealed container (like a water bottle of glass jar) and 1 cup of liquid of choice. Empty the contents of the Smoothie Blend packet into your shaker with liquid and shake for 30 seconds or until thoroughly mixed. It's so easy! No blender. No food prep. No mess.

How many smoothies does each blend make?

Each smoothie blend packet is designed to make one 450ml smoothie. Each smoothie is designed to be a complete meal with protein, fibre, carbohydrates and good fats to keep you full. If you want to make a smaller smoothie, you can use half the contents and half a cup of liquid. Just store the remaining blend in the fridge and consume within 3 days or share it with a friend!

What liquid should I mix my Smoothie Blend with?

You can mix your Smoothie Blend with any liquid of choice; water, milk, nut mylk, juice! We have suggested liquid pairings with each blend but you can change these up to meet your needs.

Do I need to keep Smoothie Blends refrigerated?

Smoothie Blends do not require refrigeration and can be stored at room temperature, in a cool, dry place. This makes it easy to store in your desk draw, gym bag or adventure pack for when you need a convenient, great tasting meal option on the move. We do recommend you chill your Smoothie Blend in the fridge before use, to enjoy your smoothie nice and cold.

What are Smoothie Blends made of?

We've listed the ingredients inside each smoothie blend on our shop page under each individual product. We use real, whole food ingredients like fruit, nuts, seeds and protein. We do not use any artificial flavours, colours or additives.

I'm nut free, can I have Smoothie Blends?

At this stage, our Smoothie Blends all contain nuts. Keep an eye out for new flavours in future.

I'm vegan, can I have Smoothie Blends?

Yes! Both the Banana & Date and Strawberry & Choc Smoothie Blends are vegan friendly.

I'm dairy free, can I have Smoothie Blends?

Yes! Smoothie Blends do not contain dairy. Mix with water or nut mylk to enjoy a dairy free smoothie.

I'm pregnant, can I have Smoothie Blends?

Smoothie Blends go through a pasteurisation process and are safe for pregnant and breastfeeding mother's. If you have any concerns, we recommend checking in with your health practitioner or contact our team directly with specific questions.

Are smoothie blends suitable for children?

Yes, Smoothie Blends are safe for children. Please check the ingredients list before consumption as we do use a variety of nuts, grains and protein in our blends.

What is the shelf life of Smoothie Blends?

Smoothie Blends have a 6 month shelf life, from date of production. Please check the best before date on the back of each packet.

Where can I purchase Smoothie Blends?

Smoothie Blends are currently only available online through our website. If you would like to see Smoothie Blends at your local supermarket or health food store, please request it to staff in-store. We're working towards having Smoothie Blends available at local supermarkets in the future.

SUBSCRIPTION QUESTIONS

How frequently do subscriptions occur?

We currently offer a monthly subscription pack on the 21-Pack, 12-Pack and 9-Pack. Your order will be shipped on the date of initial purchase each month, unless paused or cancelled beforehand.

Is there a minimum commitment for subscriptions?

No, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

How do I pause, cancel or skip my subscription?

You will have received your subscription account details via email after purchase. To pause, cancel or skip your next order, login to your account and follow the steps to make these changes.

Can I update, add or swap items in my subscription pack?

Yes, login to your account and click to add or swap a product.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY QUESTIONS

Where does Move Foods ship to?

We currently ship across New Zealand. Keep an eye out for International shipping in future.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders will be shipped within 2 working days of placing an order. Courier delivery should arrive within 1 - 3 days of being shipped, dependent on your address.

I need to change my postal address.

If you need to make a change to your order, please email us at hello@movefoods.co.nz as soon as possible with the new address and we will do our best to make this change.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking ID once your order has been dispatched.

My order was damaged when it arrived.

We're sorry to hear this. Please get in touch with us at hello@movefoods.co.nz with information and images if possible and we'll look to make this right for you.

Where is Move Foods located?

Our offices are located in Rosedale, Auckland. We do not have a physical shop presence.
